RALUCA
As the Registered Manager and Nominated Individual at Oxana Care, I am committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred support. My journey in the care sector began as a support worker, and over the past six years, I have gained extensive hands-on experience and progressed into leadership roles.
I have had the privilege of supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. My passion lies in empowering people to live fulfilling and independent lives—something I believe everyone deserves.
I hold a Level 4 Diploma in Health and Social Care, and my academic background in psychology and teaching further strengthens my ability to lead effectively, communicate clearly, and support the development of those around me.
Having lived in several countries, I bring a global perspective and a deep appreciation for cultural diversity, which is reflected in my inclusive approach to care.
Outside of work, I enjoy gardening, reading, jogging, and playing sports such as tennis.
JARROD
At Oxana Care, I am responsible for overseeing the company’s governance and ensuring our financial operations are managed with accuracy, transparency, and long-term sustainability.
My career in health and social care began as a support worker, where I had the privilege of supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, brain injuries, and complex needs. I found great fulfilment in helping people engage in meaningful activities and live enriched lives. I later went on to work internationally as a Maths and English teacher.
I hold a BSc in Mathematics and have taught both ESL and Advanced Placement Mathematics abroad. My international experience has shaped a global perspective and I have conversational skills in Chinese. I am currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Corporate Finance to further strengthen my leadership in financial oversight.
One of my proudest personal moments was rescuing a stray kitten while living overseas and bringing her back to the UK—where she now lives a happy and safe life.
In my spare time, I enjoy cycling and regularly compete in triathlons.
KAZMYN
As a qualified physiotherapist with experience in both the NHS and private sector, I bring a diverse and holistic approach to health and social care. My time volunteering in Cambodia deepened my appreciation for different cultures and values, reinforcing the importance of quality care and support systems like those we have in the UK.
I also have hands-on experience as a support worker, supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. In previous roles, I have worked as a Quality Assurance Manager, and I am a qualified First Aid Instructor and manual handling trainer.
My academic background includes a BSc (Hons) in Psychology with Applied Criminology and an MSc in Health Psychology, which enhances my understanding of human behaviour and effective care practices.
At Oxana Care, I lead staff training and development, delivering both one-to-one supervision and group training sessions. My goal is to ensure all staff are confident, competent, and continuously supported in their professional growth.
Outside of work, I enjoy travelling and exploring new cuisines. My varied experiences have helped me develop a strong appreciation for people and a consistently positive outlook.
