3) Start & review—agree a date, match staff and review early to ensure a smooth transition.

We support adults (18–65) with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs.

We’ll confirm eligibility, reasonable adjustments and any assessments required, then keep you updated with realistic timescales and next actions.
