What is Home Care Support?
Home care support is personalised care delivered in a person’s own home, helping them live safely, independently, and comfortably. Our services are designed for people with learning disabilities, autism, and complex additional needs, and are tailored to the individual’s needs and preferences. The term complex needs is not a diagnosis, but it is an umbrella term often used to describe a person who experiences multiple challenges in their life that affect their physical, mental, emotional or social wellbeing.
What is Supported Living?
Supported living is a type of housing where adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions, dementia, and other associated health and social care needs live in their own home or shared accommodation, with personalised support to help them manage daily life. Support can include help with budgeting, cooking, maintaining a home, managing health and wellbeing, social and community engagement, and developing independent living skills.
