Small Support organisations build services around each individual, starting from their aspirations for where and how they want to live.
People and their chosen families are given as much control as possible from the outset, with the aim of increasing that control over time.
Support conversations follow the person’s goals, and staff are recruited specifically around the individual rather than spread across multiple services.
